Don't go around saying the world owes you a living; the world owes you nothing; it was here first.

Inch forward

Get momentum going in your direction. You can do it right now. All it takes is a small step forward. Certainly there is some little something you can do right now to move your life forward. Sure, you could put it off until tomorrow. You could probably even get by without doing it at all.

Yet when you go ahead and do it, when you go ahead and take that positive action, no matter how small or insignificant it might seem, it can end up making a huge difference for you.

Why is that? Because positive, productive actions create positive, productive momentum. A little thing can change your momentum just as decisively as something bigger. Moving forward, no matter how slightly, gets you moving in the right direction.

As you go through the day today, just make it a point to notice all the times when you can take small, positive steps forward. The opportunities are enormous, so take advantage of some of them.

Create some positive momentum for yourself. Line up the little things in your favor and you’ll see the big things start to go your way. Inch forward every chance you get, and those inches will soon add up to put you miles and miles ahead.
