Bounce back

Get back up. Learn to recover quickly. You are most definitely going to be knocked down. You will most certainly get sidetracked over and over again. You cannot realistically expect to avoid all the distractions and setbacks. So the best strategy is to recover as quickly as possible from them.

Being resilient is what distinguishes winners from also rans. Defeat is always temporary when you’re willing to quickly move on past it.

Circumstances can often be frustrating and stressful. And that is precisely when you have the best opportunity to shine. Though you may be frustrated at what happens, you can still control and direct what you do. Though your circumstances may be completely unfair, you can still make a positive difference.

See how quickly you can bounce back, and that will determine how quickly you get ahead.
