The power of peace
Do you find yourself hurrying, working faster and harder, and getting less done?
Try slowing down, calming down, and see how much more productive you become. Instead of postponing your happiness, enjoy the moment and the task at hand. Everything you need, to be happy right now, is available to you right now.
Let go, and enjoy. Delight in the beauty of the world around you, the companionship and love of others, the stimulating challenge of your work. Stop wasting your time and energy in regret for the past or worry about the future.
Be joyful and creative right now. Focus on doing your best, on being your best, not on what others will think, or on ways to appear impressive. Be full of joy and life, and you’ll have no need to worry about what others think.
If you’re rushing through things, how important can they be? Find the truly meaningful stuff, and give it the time and attention it deserves. Instead of empty quantity, live with true quality in this moment that is now your life.
