Sincerity
There is a world of difference between someone who really cares, and someone who is just going through the motions. When you deal with someone who truly, sincerely cares about what they’re doing, it is obvious right away.
Whether it is brain surgery, selling tires, cooking a meal, designing a computer or presenting a business opportunity, the person who is committed to providing true value, will always do a better job. Someone who is simply going through the motions might be able to get by for a while, but will eventually run into an obstacle that his or her superficial “programming” is unable to overcome.
If you’re not sincere in what you do, then you’re under the control of someone or something other than yourself. When you are sincere, you put the best of yourself into your work, and that is a proven path to success.
Find a way to care. Find a way to be truly sincere. It will make all the difference in the world.
