Get results
Success depends on results. Not on your intentions. Not on your wishes. Not on how hard you “try."
Results are what count. When you consistently get results for others, you are in high demand. No employer wants to pay a salary, yet every employer is eager to buy results. No customer wants to pay the sales price, yet every customer wants to buy results.
Think in terms of results. Make sure that the end result is the goal of every action you take. What will be the result? Prioritize your efforts based on the results they will accomplish. Evaluate your actions based on their effectiveness.
What are you doing today? What results will that lead to? What could you be doing, that would be even more effective? Go for the results, focus on the results, work for the results, and you’ll get them.
