Saying yes

Say no when it’s called for. That enables you to say yes when you can.

Whether you say no or yes, let it be an honest answer. Both you and the person asking deserve no less.

And when you do say yes, always follow through. Even though you may at times regret the commitment, you’ll produce great benefit by honoring it.

Say yes not just when it’s convenient, but when it’s the right thing to do. Say yes when you know there’s value to be created.

Then set about to make it happen. Do the good work necessary to make a difference.

Like every valuable opportunity, saying yes will challenge you. Fortunately, you have what it takes to deliver.
