No worries

Imagine how it would be to live a whole day with no worries. Just think of how free it would make you feel, and how effective it would enable you to be.

Is such a thing possible? Not only is it possible, it can be very easy to do, when you decide to do it. For worry is nothing more than a response that you choose. And there are plenty of other, much more empowering responses.

No matter what the situation may be, there is never any requirement for you to worry about it. Think about it, and you’ll also see that there is never really anything of value that is accomplished by worry.

What if you decided to replace every negative worry with a positive action? It would instantly and dramatically change your day, and if you kept at it for weeks or months the results would be positively astounding.

And all it takes is the desire to do it. Replace worry with action and you’ll go above and beyond anything you could have previously imagined.
