From the heart

What happens for you on the outside depends on what’s going on with you on the inside. Success is not something that comes from the outside world to you, but rather something that grows outward from within you to the world.

To experience success, fulfillment, happiness and joy is to get yourself in a place where these things flow from you. That means putting your energy and attention into the real, honest, authentic person you were meant to be.

Trying to appear as someone you’re not will only frustrate and disappoint you. Working on being and giving the best you have is what will move you forward, on the inside and on the outside.

The best athletes are not those who are obsessed with their opponents on the playing field, but rather those who play from the heart for the love of the game. Are you living and working and playing from the heart for the love of what you’re doing?

It’s a powerful place to be. The best you can be will come from the best of who you are, deep down inside.
