Your future

The things you do today will affect every day for the rest of your life. Think for a moment about what an incredible opportunity that is. The possibilities you choose to follow today will lead to other possibilities tomorrow, and the next day, and the next. Choices build upon choices, and consequences build upon consequences.

A small positive action today, enhanced as the days go by, can create enormous positive results five, ten, fifteen years from now. Right now, today, you can do something that will set in motion a lifetime’s worth of success and achievement.

Or you can choose to just let this day pass by, not grasping its awesome value. But why in the world would you want to do that?

Today is a golden opportunity to point your life in the direction of your highest aspirations. Today is the very best time to get started, because you’ll never have more leverage to affect your future than you have right now.

For a ship sailing across the ocean, a tiny adjustment in direction at the beginning of the voyage can affect the ultimate destination by hundreds or thousands of miles. Make a positive adjustment to your life today, and you’ll be making a big positive difference in the reality of your future.
