You can change
You have a powerful ability that can be extremely useful in just about any situation. You have the ability to change. It’s something you do regularly, and you probably just take it for granted. Yet it’s important to always remember that you have the ability to change.
If you feel angry, or frustrated, sad, or dismayed, though those feelings may seem to consume you, always know that you can change them. You may not want to change them just yet, and that’s fine. Yet when you are ready, you can change. If you’re in a difficult financial situation, you can change. If you’re having serious problems in a relationship, you can change.
You can observe, you can learn, you can make decisions, and you can change. That doesn’t give you an excuse to abandon your responsibilities and commitments. In fact, it gives you a way to honor and support them.
Every moment of life is a process of change. Though you may feel stuck in one place, that is certainly not the case. Countless positive possibilities are open to you. With your time, your effort and your commitment, you can bring those possibilities into reality.
Whatever life may throw at you, whatever challenges or obstacles you may face, always keep in mind that success is possible through positive, focused change.
