Remove your doubt

There is no obstacle as powerful or as insidious as your own doubt. Though you may set ambitious goals for yourself, if there is doubt which lingers deep within you, you’ll have trouble reaching those goals.

Doubts are difficult to overcome because they are so intimately connected to you. Once they’ve been established, they take on a life of their own. They need no proof or other support. Once they’re yours, they’re yours until you get rid of them.

The way you can do that is to prove to yourself that your doubts are wrong. That takes effort. It takes faith and persistence. And it can be done. When you conquer your doubts and raise your expectations, the reality of your life will reflect those improved expectations, almost as if by magic.

Though your doubts can be difficult to overcome, it is most certainly worth the effort. Work to truly remove your doubts, and your performance will skyrocket. Free yourself from your own doubts, and nothing will be able to hold you down.
