The big problems

If you’re constantly worried about little, trivial problems and annoyances, you’ll end up getting little, trivial results. Yet when you tackle a big, major problem your energy is directed toward producing significant positive results.

Many people never get ahead simply because their problems are not big enough to draw them forward. Too many lives are wasted fighting little, petty, but comfortable battles over and over again.

If you’re going to make a mark on this world you’ll need to rise above the petty concerns which keep others from realizing their true potential. Put yourself on the line. Get yourself some challenges with substance, and they’ll propel you toward great achievements. Welcome those big, sticky, complicated problems. In them are your most powerful opportunities.
