No complaints

Is there something you complain about day after day? Why? What exactly is the purpose of continually complaining about the same thing? It must be obvious by now that your complaints are not doing you any good.

So take matters into your own hands. Do something about it! You may not be able to completely eliminate the source of your frustration, yet there is certainly something you can do to turn it in a more positive direction.

Of course if you do that you’ll have to stop complaining. Is that a problem? Well, do you really wish to improve the situation or do you just like to hear yourself complain? Do you seek pity or do you seek to make a positive difference?

If something is disagreeable to you, do something about it. Start small if you must, but make a point to do something. Then, not only will you be making a direct improvement in the situation, you’ll also free up all that time and energy you previously spent complaining.

Find a way to be positive. Find a way to get things done. See how much better your life can be when you decide to make it so.
