Be of service

The greatest leaders are those who are the most willing and able to serve those whom they lead. The most successful businesses are those which offer their customers the highest degree of value and service.

To find true success, look for ways to be of service. The value you create and deliver to others will bring commensurate rewards to you. What you get, depends on what you offer.

No matter what your social or economic position, no matter what your level of skill, there is always plenty of opportunity available to you, because there is no limit to the number of ways in which you can be of service. In any situation, there’s always something you can do to provide value. Look for ways to be of service, and you will find success.
