A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more useful than a life spent in doing nothing.

Reasons

Your life is of your own choosing. By the decisions you make, you choose your thoughts, your level of physical fitness, your experiences, your financial situation, your surroundings, the people in your life. Your circumstances do not make you. Your circumstances reveal you.

Look around you, and you will see the results of your choices. Everything you have chosen, has been for a reason. And so, at the core, are your reasons. Moment by moment, you make decisions which have a direct and cumulative effect on your life. For each decision, there’s a reason. It may be well considered and deliberate, or it may be a haphazard, hasty reaction, yet there is a reason behind everything.

That is why the “why” of life is so important. That is why positive, consciously chosen direction is so critical. Because your reasons for living, do matter very much. In the actions you take, moment by moment, they steadily mold your life.
