What exactly do you want?

The way to get passionate about your goals, is to be clear and specific about them. Just saying that you want to “be rich and see the world” is much too vague. It doesn’t conjure up any images to motivate you.

Say to your self “I want to see the world.” Does that do much for you? Now, try this: “I want to go hiking in the Himalayas, cruise along the coast of Alaska, walk along the beaches of St. Barts.” See how much more passionate that feels.

When you are absolutely clear about what you want, you’re halfway there. Anything that can be clearly defined, can be achieved. The time you take to determine exactly what you’re after, and the time you spend visualizing the achievement of your goals, will pay enormous dividends.

See where you’re going. See exactly where you’re going, and you’ll get there.
