Appreciate your everything

Appreciate and value the time you have, and make the most of it. The richest, most successful person in the world, and the poorest person each have the same 24 hours in every day. The difference is in what they do with that time.

Appreciate and value your body -- after all, it’s where you’re living. Fuel it with food that’s rich in nutrition. Don’t dump junk and poison into it. Keep it strong with regular exercise.

Appreciate and value your mind. Everything you accomplish, everything you become, must first exist in your mind. Constantly feed your mind with new ideas, new perspectives, new knowledge. Keep it stong with regular challenges.

Appreciate and value your skills and accomplishments, the people you know, your hobbies and interests, your passions, your opinions. These are the things that permit you to create value and make your own unique contribution to the world.
