Enriching experience

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, take a keen interest. Invest your attention and activate your awe.

There is no boring or mundane situation or activity. Boredom is nothing but an interpretation.

If you feel boredom coming on, don’t permit that feeling to make you anxious or resentful. Instead, use it as a cue to look deeper into your surroundings or into your own thoughts.

Even in the most ordinary place there are plenty of fascinating details to be uncovered. Even when there’s no other activity available to you, you’re always free to depart on spectacular journeys of imagination.

Make the most of the incomparable good fortune of your awareness and existence. Live the unique adventure of which you’re always a part.

Quit yearning for what was, don’t wait for later, stop wishing to be somewhere else. This is the place, now is the time for the enriching, fulfilling experience of life.
