Value, substance, and richness

Care more about what really matters. Care less about what doesn’t.

Put your time, awareness, energy into pursuits that make a difference. There’s no good reason to waste your life on petty, trivial matters.

Don’t let ego explode minor inconveniences into major disruptions by blowing them out of proportion. Take a deep breath, and move on past what doesn’t really matter anyway.

Fill your mind with positive thoughts that support your vision and your purpose. Fill your moments with challenging, productive efforts in the service of your highest values.

Learn to look past the trivial distractions and you’ll build strength to create big achievements. Focus your awareness and efforts where they matter most.

Grow stronger, staying focused on meaning and substance. It’s your life, it’s your time, it’s your opportunity to build value, substance, and richness.
