I would rather feel compassion than know the meaning of it.

Make joy now

Take what you have, take what you see, take what you do, take what you are, and make joy with it. Instead of waiting or hoping or wishing or planning for joy, make joy now.

Energize your actions by giving them joy. Elevate your relationships by putting your own authentic joy into them.

Instead of striving for joy to be the result, make joy the cause. Do whatever you do with joyfulness, and whatever you do will bring great value.

Remind yourself what an awesome privilege it is to be you, here, now. Feel the clear, pure joy of your existence and let that joy continually flow from you.

Live this moment now from a higher, more powerful perspective. Live this moment now in joy.

Choose to let joy be your natural, instinctive state. Make joy now, and always, and make all of life more gloriously alive.
