Just a moment away

Joy is never more than just a moment away. Wherever you may go, whatever you may do, you can always allow joy to come from you.

Joy is something you cannot hold by firmly clutching it. Yet you need never lose it.

The biggest threat to joy is your refusal to see and live it. Too often, you imagine all sorts of excuses for why it cannot be.

Through it all, joy is there, ready to be lived, ready to be expressed. And the more joy you know, the more there is.

Rather than looking for reasons to deny it, simply allow joy to flow from you. Rather than agonizing over whether it is appropriate, let real joy add positive value to any situation.

Joy is just a moment away. Let that moment come.
