Listen to your desires

Listen to those desires you most strongly feel. They can tell you something valuable about yourself. Those things you desire, you desire for a reason. Feel them completely and seek to understand that reason. Your desires are not there to punish you or taunt you. On the contrary, they can guide and empower you toward giving the best that you have to give and being the best you can be.

Never discount your desires. Have the courage to explore them fully. Though at first they may seem trivial and self serving, dig deeper into them. Dig deeper, and you’ll find that they’re urging you to be your very best.

Are you allowing yourself to fully become the beautiful, unique, loving and giving person you’re capable of becoming? Those things you most passionately desire will help you to see and become that person.
