You don't get to choose how you're going to die. Or when. You can only decide how you're going to live. Now.

Smile

Right now, think of something pleasant, something positive and uplifting, and smile. Think of someone special, of how they brighten your life. Recall that gloriously beautiful day last week, and how great you felt. Remember how happy your children were to see you last night. Find something that will make you smile, and smile.

It’s almost impossible to be negative when you’re sincerely smiling. Smile, and you’ll be tuning yourself into the positive possibilities of life. Smile with sincerity, with your eyes and your face as well as your lips, and you’ll naturally bring out the best in the people around you.

Smile at the people who pass you on the freeway. Smile as you talk on the phone. Even though the person on the other end cannot see your smile, it will still come across the line and inject a positive energy into the conversation.

Smile as much as you can. Come on... smile! A smile can work wonders. Put it to work for you.
