The more you repeat your thoughts and actions, the stronger and more effective they become. If you’re positively focused for a few hours every few weeks, that’s better than nothing. Just imagine much more powerful it would be to remain positively focused every day, day after day.
Every athlete knows that repetition in physical training is essential tp building muscle strength, agility and coordination. The winners are those who apply consistent effort, over and over again, until they mold themselves into winners. This is true not only on the playing field, but in every area of endeavor.
A once-in-a-while effort, no matter how good it may be, is not enough to bring lasting success. The accomplishments worth pursuing demand repeated action. Success is built step by step, brick by brick, one layer on top of another.
Make the effort, then make the effort again and again. Keep it up and you’ll earn the prize.
