You are what you do

Your beliefs and values are not what you say they are. Your beliefs and values are what you do. Your actions communicate with a veracity that is difficult to deny or ignore.

Success and achievement require more than intention. They require a substance of action. You are not necessarily what you appear to be or what you would like to be. You are what you do.

Your actions reveal your true commitments and priorities. They create the substance of your life. Your actions make all the difference in the world, and they are under your control. The quality of your life is determined by the quality and consistency of your actions.

Each day, take positive action like your life depends on it. Because it does.
