Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it.

You can do it

It can be done. You know that. It can be done, so do it. If it were not possible, how could you have imagined it?

Of course it can be done. It will be hard. Yes, that is true. It will require the best of you. Yet you know it can be done. So do it.

And if you don’t? Consider the regret. Regret is desire that comes too late, powerful, painful, and a useless waste. You don’t want that, do you? You know how much it hurts.

Turn your future regret, with all its power, into current desire. Because right now, it can be done. Right now, you can do it. It cannot be done yesterday, or tomorrow. Now is what you have. Now is all there is to work with. Yet it is more than enough. Do it now and it can be done.
