Make it happen

Rather than grumble and complain about what you know you must do, just start in on it and get it done. The difficulty you wish to avoid comes not from the effort itself, but rather from your reluctant attitude.

Get it done. There are plenty of people who would give anything just for the opportunity to do that which you are reluctant to do. Think about that. Is it really such a burden to have to put out a little effort? No, of course not. It is a blessing to be useful. It is a joy to be effective and productive. You have a special job to do. You are responsible for making a difference, and you have the ability to do so. What more could you possibly want?

Think of how satisfied you will feel, once the job is done. Get excited about your opportunity to make a difference, to make a positive contribution. Get past your own reluctance, change your attitude, and the effort becomes a joy.
