Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable.

Abundance

No matter what your problems are, no matter how great your challenges are, they are miniscule when compared to the abundance that is already in your life.

You are alive. You live in a beautiful world that is full of possibilities. You are capable of greatness. You can think and create. You can love and understand. In you is a purpose, a reason, a job to be done, a difference you can make. You have the power and the will to meet any challenge.

Look at all you have going for you. Look at how far you’ve come. Think of all the things you’re capable of accomplishing.

The setbacks of the moment, are trivial when compared to the possibilities of your life. Work cheerfully through the challenges. Learn and grow. Never forget that you are special, and blessed with the abundance of being truly alive.
