Learn to grow

Your goals are important because of the person you become in achieving them. Attainment of your goals is always nice, but even better is the growth that you experience along the way.

Look at the goals that you have set for yourself and ask yourself: what kind of person must I become in order to reach these goals? What skills, values, character traits, knowledge and disciplines must I develop in order to accomplish these things?

Life is a never-ending growth process, and without growth there is no life. Your goals and dreams will point you in the direction of the growth that you need for your own life to be filled with accomplishment.
