Revive your spirit

Find a place of peace, spend time there. Fill your awareness with the reality of that peace, and linger in tranquility.

Open your senses to the experience of undeniable beauty. Immerse your perceptions in beauty to the point where you lose track of all else.

Revive your spirit by letting go of the useless clutter that only brings you down. Connect with the magnificent miracle of life that exists throughout all you are.

Persist in your understanding of the limitless potential for goodness coming forth with every new moment. Continue to find fresh energy in its promise.

Appreciate the living essence in every person you encounter. Remind yourself that what you have in common is far more extensive than any differences.
