Act on opportunity

If it’s complicated, figure it out. If it’s inconvenient, go to the trouble.

When you know your actions will create value, find a way to take them. When a particular task must be done, commit yourself to doing it.

There will always be plenty of perfectly valid excuses for not moving forward. There will always be all sorts of distractions to divert your attention.

Yet if you pass up the opportunity to make a difference, you’re going to eventually regret it. And the excuses will offer you no comfort then.

You have what it takes to act in the moment, to do what you know must be done. You’ve exercised strength and decisiveness before, and you can do it again.

Now, while the opportunity still exists, take it. Act on it, and create value rather than regret.
