What makes a difference is what you’re able to focus upon. What matters is what you can give your energy to build and maintain.

There are people around you who can benefit from your authentic presence. Give them the value of your care and attention.

Embrace life in this moment with all its glory and imperfection. Accept the reality of your circumstances and chart the most life-affirming course forward.

You’ve experienced how strong you can be. Utilize your strength and your time for good purpose.

Let the real beauty of who you are come forward. Live as though your life matters, to you and everyone else, because it surely does.
