The good stuff

Every moment you spend thinking about the bad stuff pushes that much more of the good stuff away. That’s certainly not what you want.

Every time you complain, you create more to complain about. Every time you feel sorry for yourself, you give yourself even more reasons to feel sorry.

Life does not throw negative things your way. Life throws all sorts of varied and diverse things your way, and you often choose to interpret them negatively.

What if you could choose differently? The fact is, you always can.

Life can be extremely difficult. But that doesn’t mean you have to see it, and think of it, and live it that way.

No matter how overwhelming the bad stuff may seem to be, focus on the good stuff, on the love and joy and positive possibilities. And wherever your attention consistently goes, your life will quickly follow.
