A life fully lived

Stop stopping yourself. Start allowing yourself to live the incredibly rich and beautiful life that is yours on this very day.

Stop worrying and complaining about the little things that are wrong. Open your eyes, your heart and your living experience to the massive number of things that are right and good.

The positive possibilities will always outweigh the negative problems. So give your energy, thoughts and actions to bringing those possibilities to life.

The value and beauty of what you can create is nothing short of amazing. So stop holding back, and find splendid fulfillment in your own unique creativity.

Remind yourself constantly of how very worthy and capable you are. Then immediately put that capability into action.

The grand adventure of your life is here right now for you to live. Seize the opportunity and dive completely into the richness of a life fully lived.
