Empowered by your thoughts

It’s easy to get drawn into self-defeating thought patterns. Fortunately, it’s also easy to change your thoughts so they empower you.

Instead of thinking by habit, make the decision to think by choice. Instead of nurturing the same old thoughts, align your thoughts with your purpose, your goals, your values and your dreams.

For example, you don’t have to assume that the most negative outcome will occur. You can just as easily and just as realistically assume that you’ll create the most positive possible outcome.

There are already enough obstacles in your life. There’s nothing to be gained by having to fight and struggle against your own thoughts.

Choose to think the best about yourself, your world, and the people and events in it. When you focus on the best, you enable, empower, motivate and encourage yourself to create the best.

Your most consistent thoughts have a real and significant impact on the way you act. Choose your best thoughts, let them guide your best actions, and live a life that’s rich and fulfilled.
