Give this day a goal

Give this day a goal, or two or three or a dozen. Then set about, one by one, to make them happen.

You can accomplish just about anything you ask of yourself. Yet in order to accomplish, you do need to ask.

Make your goals specific and clear. When you know exactly what you intend to do, you’re well on your way to getting it done.

Make your goals meaningful and memorable. The more they mean to you, the less likely you are to become sidetracked by all the distractions that will come your way.

You now have this day with which to work. Give yourself something meaningful to make of it.

Give this day a goal, with your energy focused on accomplishment. And this day, in return, will give you great value that lasts for a long, long time.
