A better way

When it seems that you’ve been knocked off track, maybe you’re not really off track at all. Perhaps you’ve found a better way.

The most obvious path to your destination is not the only one. What may seem like a setback is really an opportunity for you to develop a more effective, more realistic strategy.

Be firm about where you’re going, and flexible about how you get there. That will keep you moving forward, no matter what surprises you may encounter.

If you become too focused on one particular path, on one specific way to do things, you set yourself up for disappointment. Focus instead on the goal, on the destination, and as unforeseen factors come along, be willing to adjust your approach.

The obstacles that block your path do not have to block your progress. For you can learn, you can adjust, you can improve.

And you can reach the goal you’ve set for yourself, even if it’s not exactly in the way you expected. Focus on the end result, and you’ll surely find your way there.
