A moment to be

Give yourself a moment, this moment, to simply be. Let go of the expectations you may have for how this moment should unfold, and experience it as it is.

Put aside any worries or anxieties you may have been holding. Let your mind become quiet and give your spirit a chance to soar.

For just a moment, this moment, release yourself from the need to possess, or to judge, or to change anything. You can possess, make judgments and changes, but you don’t have to.

For a moment, this moment, everything is as it should be. Experience the freedom that comes when you accept the moment, this moment, for what it is. Give yourself a moment, not to struggle or to strive. Give yourself this moment, and simply let it be.
