A great mood
You are more than the mood you happen to be holding in your mind. You are the person who is capable of controlling that mood. You are more than the thoughts you are thinking. You are the thinker of those thoughts, able to decide what they will be.
Your mood is not determined by anything that happens outside of you, but rather by how you choose to interpret and respond to what is going on. Just as you can decide what words to say and what actions to take, so too can you decide what thoughts to think and what moods to feel.
You are gloriously free to think and feel in empowering, life-affirming ways, no matter what other limitations may hold you back. Spend just one hour feeling energized and effective when you otherwise would have felt tired and dejected, and see for yourself what a difference it can make.
Though there are always plenty of perfectly good reasons to feel lousy, there are many more reasons to feel great. Go ahead, sit up straight, take a deep breath, put a smile on your face and make yourself vastly more effective.
