The talent of success is nothing more than doing what you can do well and doing well whatever you do.

Say yes

Say yes just a little more often. Though it may be inconvenient, though it may be a bit uncomfortable, though it will require some effort, let yourself say yes to more of what life has to offer.

The world is full of opportunities for friendship, enlightenment, achievement, fulfillment and so much more. These things come to those who say yes. It can be easy to hide behind the habit of saying no. Yet what does that get you? The saddest, most stinging regrets are for those things never even attempted, those relationships never pursued, those opportunities never seized.

Though you can’t say yes to everything, you certainly want to say yes to those things which will move your life forward. There is so much that life offers. Say yes to as much of it as you can. Look for opportunities to say yes, rather than excuses to say no. Begin each day with the expectation that it will bring you something new, something to which you can enthusiastically say yes.

Say yes to the positive things in life. Say yes to life, and you’ll get a lot more of it to live.
