The message of fear

Are you putting your fears to use or are you allowing them to stop you? Fear can teach you, prepare you, heighten your senses, motivate you, and compel you to take action. Or it can bring you to a standstill. Fear is a powerful influence. Whether that influence is useful or destructive is up to you.

Your fear is a strong message to you, a message imploring you to do something. It is telling you to take action, to focus your efforts, to make a positive difference. It is reminding you that you’re capable of all that and more. Your fear is preparing you to turn a difficult situation into a great opportunity for growth and improvement.

If you hide from your fears, you also hide from your positive possibilities. Life is too precious for that. When you feel fear, ask yourself this question. What positive action is this fear preparing me to take? In fear there is powerful energy. See it, feel it, and use it to move yourself forward.
