Go ahead
Have the courage to confront your fears, and they will begin to lose their power over you. Have the courage to confront your problems and you’ll begin to turn those problems into opportunities.
Every life, every undertaking, has its share of unpleasant and uncomfortable aspects which must eventually be tackled. Avoiding those things just allows them to grow bigger and more menacing.
The sooner you confront difficult and unpleasant things, the more manageable they will be. Putting off a troublesome task only makes it worse when you eventually have no choice but to do it.
Choose to confront your fears, rather than waiting while they grow stronger to eventually confront you. Is there something you fear? Would you rather deal with it now or deal with even more of it later?
You can do it. Once you start, though it will be difficult, it likely won’t be nearly as bad as you had imagined. The sooner you confront, the less there will be to confront, and the more positive progress you’ll make.
