Choose to enjoy

Enjoy the warm sunshine. Enjoy the cool rain.

Enjoy peace when you have it. Enjoy the hubbub when you’re around it.

Release your enjoyment from any conditions you might be inclined to impose on it. Allow yourself to enjoy where you are, as who you really are, doing whatever you’re doing.

Enjoyment does not have to be any particular way or require any specific circumstances. It is a choice you can make regardless of other factors.

Enjoy the people you’re with, even though none of them are perfect. Enjoy the time you’re spending, and don’t burden it with too many judgments or assumptions.

Each moment is as it is, and there’s plenty of goodness you can find in it. Choose to enjoy, and brighten the world for everyone.
