The Daily Motivator message for Steady effort Steady progress is the result of steady effort. The more reliable your actions, the more reliable will be the results. A pace that’s too fast is not sustainable. You’re likely to end up stopping often and then having to re-start again. A pace that’s too slow can cause you and those you work with to lose interest. As a result, the job may never get done. Seek instead to build a steady momentum. Once that’s established, commit to maintaining it. Feel the satisfaction of taking one step and then another. Notice that even modest progress adds up quickly when you do what’s necessary to steadily keep it going. Though steady effort may not be glamorous, it is effective, as well as tolerable and sustainable. Continue with that steady effort, and before long you’ll achieve what you’ve set out to do. © 2026 Ralph S. Marston, Jr.From The Daily Motivator website at http://greatday.com/motivate/260805.html |
