Ideas are like rabbits. You get a couple and learn how to handle them, and pretty soon you have a dozen.

Act on hope

by Ralph Marston

When there’s reason for hope, don’t merely enjoy the good feeling. Let it push you to take positive action.

The purpose of hope goes beyond filling you with hopefulness. The purpose of hope is to support you in making a meaningful difference.

If you fail to act on hope, that hope will soon become empty and abandoned. When you feel hope, embrace the obligation to keep it alive, to expand it into enduring value.

See your hope as a challenge rather than as a refuge. Treat it as a responsibility to transform potential into reality.

Do what is necessary to make hope more than just a pleasant wish. Put your time and effort into the pathway it provides to improvement and fulfillment.

There’s more to hope than hoping. Make the commitment to bring your highest hopes fully to life.
