Time to enjoy

This is the best day of your life because it’s the one you have available to live. No matter what has been, no matter what might or might not come to be, there’s ample goodness to experience now.

Yes, carry all the great memories with you. As you do, let them inspire you to create more beauty, more enjoyment, more memories.

Don’t get caught up in judgment, evaluating whether or not this day is worthy of enjoyment. The fact is, you are worthy of enjoyment and fully capable of it.

Find a way to enjoy where you are, what you’re doing, the people you’re with, the good things available to you. Genuinely seek to give enjoyment, and it will come back to you in abundance.
