Sufficient hope

Every difficult and widespread problem gives rise to many people who seek to solve it. Ironically, the most hopeless situations are powerful generators of hope itself.

The knowledge, wisdom, skills, motivations, actions, and interconnections of individuals, systems, and organizations worldwide are impossible to fully comprehend. And yet on a daily basis that aggregation produces a massive range of tangible and useful value.

Life has never stood still and never will. Its inherently dynamic nature constantly pushes in the direction of goodness and fulfillment.

The world may often feel dark and stormy. Yet above the storm clouds, sunlight continues to stream forth, and eventually breaks through.

Situations that seem impossible to escape provide powerful motivation to capable, creative people. Time after time those people step forward and usher the world to a more desirable place.

Though it’s never easy to make improvements in life, it’s always possible. With effort, positive purpose, and sufficient hope, it happens.
