If you have always done it that way, it is probably wrong.

Something you’re not seeing

by Ralph Marston

People who are certain they know everything, certainly know almost nothing. Those who admit what they don’t know, are sure to know the most.

When anyone says it’s not about the money, it’s about the money. Those who offer you something for nothing, may well be seeking to take everything you have.

The people who work hardest have a way of making their work look effortless. The simple, elegant functions of your smartphone have unimaginable complexity supporting them.

What’s on the surface is what commands your attention. Yet it’s what’s below the surface that has the greatest effect.

First impressions are powerful. Don’t let them overpower your common sense.

There’s something you’re not seeing, yet it’s there nonetheless, and likely more significant than what’s obvious. It’s always good to be mindful of what that might be.
