Challenge yourself to honestly examine the way you spend your time. You’re likely to find many opportunities to gain new value from the moments in each day.

Time will steadily pass no matter what you do with it. Use that to your advantage rather than letting it become a drag on your spirit.

Richness reliably results when you inject intention and purpose into the hours available to you. Instead of passively allowing time to pull you along, take an active role in pushing it forward.
