Go the distance

by Ralph Marston

When your actions seem to be getting you nowhere, you just might be moving toward a breakthrough. Keep up the effort a little longer.

Progress rarely arrives at a steady pace. The slow times can be frustrating, yet they are what make the rapid advances possible.

Make a few adjustments, and continue giving your best. Whether you feel like it or not, you’ve established some momentum, so keep it alive.

With every twist and turn along the way, you become more adept at navigating the territory. Up ahead, around the next curve, you could reach the milepost you’re seeking.

You’ve already made your way through plenty of challenges. Now you have the opportunity to make the extensive investment of your time pay off.

The reward you seek is up ahead somewhere, and with each effort you put forth you get closer. Persist, go the distance, and bring that reward into existence.
